Jennifer Booker is a Nurse Practitioner with six years of experience in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University.

Jennifer is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and believes that listening is one of the most important parts of treating her patients. Her goal is to make every patient feel heard, answer their questions, and work together to find the best treatment plan.

Outside of work, Jennifer is proud to call Fort Worth home. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new local restaurants and coffee shops, and exploring thrift and antique stores for treasures. She values building meaningful relationships both in and out of the office and strives to bring kindness, compassion, and a positive attitude to every patient interaction.

With over 30 years of experience, Kim is passionate about helping people hear better and reconnect with the people and experiences that matter most. She specializes in diagnosing and treating hearing loss, taking a personal approach to finding hearing solutions that fit each individual's needs and lifestyle.

She earned a Master of Science degree in Audiology from the University of North Texas, and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech–Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. She has extensive experience fitting advanced digital hearing systems and enjoys staying current with the latest developments in hearing technology.

A native Texan, Kim lives in Fort Worth with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Ginger has led our team since 2003, serving patients as both a registered nurse and our office manager. She welcomes questions and takes particular care to ensure that every patient feels heard, understood and cared for—even when the problem is complicated or the path forward is not immediately clear.

Ginger loves Fort Worth for its distinctive culture, arts and educational institutions: the opportunities of a large city with a character that still feels comfortable and close to home.

For Ginger, person-centered care means more than providing medical advice. It means treating each patient with patience, respect and genuine personal attention throughout their experience with our practice.

More than anyone else, Ginger is the true foundation of our practice—without her heart, leadership, and steady presence, none of what we do would be possible.

Dr. Gawel is a highly experienced anesthesiologist, board-certified in both Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology, with fellowship training in pediatric anesthesiology from Cincinnati Children's Hospital. A native of Chicago, she earned her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, completed residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and has been in clinical practice since 2011. She provides compassionate, individualized anesthesia care for patients of all ages — from infants and children through adults in their 90s — with particular expertise in pediatric cases.

Outside the operating room, Dr. Gawel is a devoted wife and mother of two who enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and skiing with her family and their dog. Her approachable style and commitment to patient safety and comfort help families feel at ease during what can be a stressful time.
